Returns Policy
*For custom-made items we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Please be aware that this is because custom items are tailored for your measurements.
*For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Refunds
*For non-custom items - Please email me within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like to return your order. Your returns must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order.
You can return items by post, you are responsible for postage and packaging fees.
Your request to refund your order will be processed within 14 days after we receive the items back.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back.
As soon as your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Eligibility Criteria
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, unaltered and in their brand new condition.
All items inside package must be returned such as boxes and silver cloths - these must be returned unused with the order.
